We only stayed for 1 night but the staff were so friendly. The rooms are large and we had a balcony outside. The Bathrooms are huge as well and everything spotlessly clean. Very good continental breakfast the next morning. Would stay again.

This is a very decent hotel with basic facilities for travelers and located very close to the highway. The rooms and toilet are clean, centrally heated, and don't miss out the breakfast, its really good. also its very close to Ferrari world and sassuolo. Staff is very courteous and good WiFi connectivity.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was one of the most diverse ones I saw in a hotel in this scale. The place is close to businesses so it is a business oriented hotel with a quiet environment but may not a good choice if you travel with family. Generally, I recommend it for business.

I stayed at La fenice in June 2015 for 3 nights. It's a nice hotel, surprisingly good for its low prices. Clean rooms, rich breakfast with large choice of fresh meal, hot bread just taken out of the oven, and excellent Italian espresso. Tens of restaurants, pizza, bars and cafes in close vicinity. The hotel is quite not so far from city centre - about 20 min walking. I heartily recommend it!

This hotel is on the edge of the main town, but near to the best restaurants. the hotel has a business feel as it is in the commercial area. Room was clean and tidy and of a good size for a three star hotel. Nice view from the window and free on-site parking and WiFi.

We stayed whilst passing through and thought the hotel was lovely!|Large simple rooms with air conditioning and lovely shower.|Our 2nd floor room had a large balcony which was a nice suprise.|Breakfast was amazing and lovely friendly couple that own the hotel.
